Not only did Cynthia assist in the choice of a new house, but she also played a key role in guiding us through the whole selling process.

The uncertainties that are normally associated with a move could be very stressful, highly emotional and destabilizing for family members. is there a person I can email about Cynthia? She is beyond wonderful, and someone should know. I know the profession is mostly working for yourself, but there has to be some sort of performance management or recognition? She has just been so helpful, going way beyond what I would expect of an agent. I've moved a few times (ha ha) and never seen anyone help pack, do minor repairs/painting, bring items to help stage, and even help collect/delivery donations for charity. And through it all, she has shown incredible compassion for someone who didn't know which way was up. Really, she's a gem.
